.The Retro Brown Bonnet is a warm hat made from a vintage blanket of an excellent quality, thick and hairy, with swirly graphics that are typical for the Seventies. A bonnet for al genders that protects ears and a part of the neck from the wind and the cold. The playful strings are an essential attachment for not losing your hat and and asset for creating other styles of wearing it.

The Retro Brown Bonnet is ideal for autumn walks or bike rides. This one has a nice snug -but not too tight- fit for a 57 cm / M head size. We make this hat in other sizes as long as the material is available. Every hat we will make from this particular blanket will have a different apparel.

 

Tip:

The Retro Brown Bonnet is already pre-shrunk so you can wash the hat in steamy hot water. I advise you to wash it by hand and not to let it soak. After a short wash with mild soap, like Savon d’Aleppe, rinse the hat with cold water. Then put it in the centrifuge or just let it dry and now here is my secret tip for a perfect fit: wear the hat while still damp; you can mold it on your head for a perfect round shape. Cheers!
