Description

This Dock Worker Beanie | Brown & Hairy is a simple and practical docker cap. The skull hat is made of a 100% pure wool vintage blanket, finished with a natural wool felt binding and hand-embroidered with heavy wool yarn.

We already washed the hat in steamy hot water with olive soap for the felting process for the final appearance, so it won’t shrink anymore in case you need to clean it. Beware of color bleed: handwash it briefly and rinse it with cold water. Then, tumble it in the centrifuge and model the bally on your head while still damp. Algemene verkoopvoorwaarden Pepavana

Artikel 1. Definities

Pepavana: de eenmanszaak Pepavana, gevestigd en kantoorhoudende te Rotterdam en ingeschreven in het handelsregister van de Kamer van Koophandel met nummer 24442466.

Website: de website www.pepavana.com waar het assortiment van Pepavana te zien is en waar klanten bestellingen uit het assortiment kunnen plaatsen.

Klant: de natuurlijke of rechtspersoon die tegen betaling producten of diensten koopt en geleverd krijgt van Pepavana.

Consument: de natuurlijke persoon die niet handelt in de uitoefening van een beroep of bedrijf.

Product: de producten uit het assortiment van Pepavana.

Diensten: de diensten die Pepavana levert.

Koop/Koopovereenkomst: de overeenkomst van koop die tot stand is gekomen tussen Pepavana en de klant, door acceptatie van een door de klant op de website of via de e-mail geplaatste bestelling van een product of een dienst.

Artikel 2. Toepasselijkheid

Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle mondelinge en schriftelijke aanbiedingen, bestellingen en koopovereenkomsten tussen de klant en Pepavana.
Door het plaatsen van een bestelling via de website of per e-mail aanvaardt de klant uitdrukkelijk deze voorwaarden. Afwijking van deze algemene voorwaarden is alleen mogelijk met schriftelijke instemming van Pepavana, waarbij de overige bepalingen van deze voorwaarden onverkort van kracht blijven.
De website biedt de klant de mogelijkheid voorafgaand aan de bestelling de algemene voorwaarden te lezen en op te slaan. Voor buitenlandse klanten wordt de mogelijkheid geboden kennis te nemen van de Engelse versie van deze algemene voorwaarden.
In geval van bestellingen per e-mail worden deze algemene voorwaarden voorafgaand aan de totstandkoming van de koop of opdracht toegezonden. Bij plaatsing van de bestelling gaat de klant akkoord met de inhoud en toepasselijkheid van deze algemene voorwaarden.
Een bestelling op de website kan alleen worden geplaatst als de klant expliciet akkoord is gegaan met de inhoud van deze algemene voorwaarden door deze optie aan te vinken op de website voorafgaand aan het plaatsen van de bestelling.
Pepavana heeft het steeds recht deze voorwaarden en de inhoud van haar website te wijzigen.

Artikel 3. Bestellingen voor producten en diensten op maat

Op verzoek van de klant kan Pepavana producten of diensten op maat leveren. Pepavana informeert de klant op de website of per e-mail over de bijzonderheden van het product of de dienst, waaronder de prijs, productomschrijving of inhoud van de dienst, indicatie van de levertijd, eventuele onkosten en bijzondere voorwaarden.
Indien Pepavana wordt verzocht een dienst te leveren waarvan de omvang, duur en/of inhoud niet vooraf volledig te specificeren is, spreken partijen alleen de randvoorwaarden en de prijs af (vast en/of op uurbasis), evalueren zij tussentijds de voortgang van de opdracht en passen de opdracht al naar gelang de omstandigheden tussentijds aan. Wijzigingen worden altijd over en weer schriftelijk bevestigd.
De overeenkomst van koop voor producten of diensten op maat komt tot stand nadat Pepavana de bestelling van de klant schriftelijk heeft bevestigd.
Voor op maat gemaakte producten en diensten geldt geen bedenktermijn. Op maat gemaakte producten kunnen niet wordt geruild. De garantieregeling van artikel 12 is wel onverkort van toepassing.
Meerwerk en/of meerkosten als gevolg van wijzigingen in de bestelling komen voor rekening van de klant.

Artikel 4. Producten en diensten op de website

Producten en diensten worden op de website getoond met prijs, productomschrijving of inhoud van de dienst, indicatie van de levertijd en eventuele bijzondere voorwaarden. Getoonde foto’s zijn waarheidsgetrouw. De beschrijving is zodanig gedetailleerd dat de klant een goede beoordeling van het aanbod kan maken en weet wat zijn rechten en verplichting zijn bij het plaatsen van een bestelling.
Aan kennelijke vergissingen of verschrijvingen van de producten en diensten of de informatie op de website kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend.
Aanbiedingen zijn alleen geldig gedurende de aangeven termijn op de website.
Aan aanbiedingen kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend voor volgende bestellingen.

Artikel 5. Bestellingen via de website

Het plaatsen van producten of diensten in de winkelwagen op de website is vrijblijvend.
Een bestelling wordt geplaatst door het geven van een uitdrukkelijk akkoord op de in de digitale winkelwagen geplaatste producten.
Producten op de website worden vrijblijvend aangeboden en zolang de voorraad strekt, totdat de bestelling is geaccepteerd.
De klant ontvangt zo snel mogelijk na zijn bestelling een bevestigingse-mail op het door hem opgegeven e-mailadres.
De koopovereenkomst komt tot stand door bevestiging van de bestelling door Pepavana.
Pepavana kan de bestelling weigeren of daaraan bijzondere voorwaarden stellen, als Pepavana kennis heeft gekregen van omstandigheden die goede redenen geven om te vrezen dat de klantr zijn verplichtingen niet, niet tijdig of niet behoorlijk zal nakomen

Artikel 6. Annuleringen

Zolang een bestelling niet is bevestigd kan deze door de klant kosteloos geannuleerd worden. Het aankoopbedrag wordt binnen 14 dagen na annulering aan de klant gerestitueerd.
Diensten op vooraf vastgestelde tijdstippen, zoals cursussen en workshops, kunnen door de klant kosteloos geannuleerd worden tot 28 dagen voor aanvang. Annulering binnen 28 maar tot 7 dagen voor aanvang is mogelijk tegen betaling van 50% van de prijs. Annulering binnen 7 dagen voor aanvang is slechts mogelijk tegen betaling van de volledige prijs. Eventuele restitutie van het teveel betaalde aankoopbedrag vindt plaats binnen 14 dagen na annulering.

Artikel 7. Levering en leveringstermijn

Een op de website of in de e-mail vermelde leveringstermijn is geen fatale termijn maar een redelijke inschatting. Pepavana zal de klant tijdig informeren als de levertijd door omstandigheden sterk afwijkt van de gegeven indicatie.
Blijkt het bestelde product of de dienst na 60 dagen niet leverbaar dan mag de klant de koopovereenkomst ontbinden heeft recht op eventuele schadevergoeding, tenzij bij de bestelling een langere levertermijn overeengekomen is.
De levering van producten vindt plaats door bezorging op het door de klant bij de bestelling opgegeven bezorgadres. De klant is verantwoordelijk voor het opgeven van een correct adres.
Het risico van beschadiging en/of vermissing en/of waardevermindering van de bestelde producten rust bij Pepavana tot het moment van de eerste aanbieding van bezorging op het door de klant opgegeven bezorgadres. Pepavana is niet verantwoordelijk voor vermissing als de bestelling is uitgereikt op een adres waar meerdere personen het pakket kunnen aannemen.
De klant zorgt ervoor dat de bestelling in goede orde bij de eerste aanbieding van de bestelling ontvangen kan worden. Pepavana is niet verantwoordelijk voor onnodige risico’s die worden veroorzaakt doordat de klant de bestelling niet bij de eerste aanbieding in ontvangst kan nemen. In geval van retourzending van de bestelling omdat deze niet bezorgd kon worden en/of niet tijdig is afgehaald op de door de postbezorger vastgestelde afhaallocatie, komen de kosten voor bezorging voor rekening van de klant.

Artikel 8. Bedenktijd/herroepingsrecht

De consument heeft uitsluitend bij de aankoop van producten en diensten die niet speciaal voor de klant op maat zijn gemaakt, inclusief de dag van ontvangst van de bestelling 14 dagen bedenktijd om de koopovereenkomst geheel of gedeeltelijk te herroepen, zonder opgaaf van redenen.
Wenst de consument gebruik te maken van zijn recht om de koop te herroepen dan kan de klant gebruik maken van het daarvoor bestemde en bij de levering gevoegde herroepingsformulier of door verzending van een e-mail naar info@pepavana.com. Bij herroeping, zendt Pepavana een bevestiging van de herroeping naar de klant.
De consument dient producten waar de herroeping betrekking op heeft binnen 14 dagen na herroeping terug te sturen naar Pepavana in de originele verpakking, onbeschadigd en ongebruikt. Instructies voor retourzendingen staan op het herroepingsformulier. De consument draagt zelf zorg voor de kosten en het risico van het retourneren. Ongefrankeerde retourzendingen worden geweigerd.
Na ontvangst van de retourzending in ongebruikte en onbeschadigde staat ontvangt de consument binnen 14 dagen het aankoopbedrag inclusief bezorgkosten op basis van het goedkoopste tarief terug. Bestaat een bestelling uit meerdere producten, die niet allemaal retour worden gezonden, dan wordt alleen het aankoopbedrag van de geretourneerde producten gerestitueerd, zonder de bezorgkosten.
Heeft een geretourneerd product schade opgelopen die voor rekening of risico van de consument komt, dan houdt Pepavana de waardevermindering als gevolg van die schade in op het terug te betalen bedrag. Pepavana stelt de klant hiervan schriftelijk op de hoogte.
Bij levering van diensten die binnen 14 dagen starten maar waarvan de uitvoering langer duurt dan de bedenktermijn, stemt de consument er bij de bestelling uitdrukkelijk mee in dat de dienst begint voor afloop van de bedenktermijn. Maakt de consument in dit geval gebruik van de bedenktermijn, dan is hij een vergoeding verschuldigd evenredig aan het deel van de dienst dat al geleverd is.

Artikel 9. Betalingsvoorwaarden

Alle op de website en in de e-mail genoemde prijzen luiden in Euro’s inclusief BTW.
Kosten van bezorging in Nederland en België zijn afhankelijk van het gewicht en formaat van de bestelde producten en zijn conform de tarieven van PostNL. Kosten van verzending buiten Nederland en België bedragen € 20,- of € 40,- per bestelling.
De kosten van bezorging worden afzonderlijk gemeld op de factuur.
Duurt de uitvoering van een dienst langer dan één maand dan kan Pepavana periodiek factureren.
Pepavana zorgt voor een veilige betaalomgeving op de website voor betaling vooraf van haar producten of diensten. Hiervoor maakt Pepavana gebruik van iDeal, Paypal en de mogelijkheid van betaling met creditcard. De bestelling wordt in behandeling genomen als de betaling akkoord is bevonden. De factuur wordt per e-mail toegezonden.
Betaling is ook mogelijk door overmaking. De betaalgegevens verschijnen in de email met factuur die de klant ter bevestiging van de geplaatste bestelling ontvangt. De klant dient het verschuldigde bedrag binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van de levering te voldoen op de wijze als vermeld op de factuur. De bestelling wordt in behandeling genomen na ontvangst van de betaling.
Pepavana kan van consumenten een vooruitbetaling van maximaal 50% van de totaalprijs verlangen. De resterende 50% dient binnen 14 dagen na levering door Pepavana ontvangen te zijn.
Betaalt de klant niet (volledig) binnen de betalingstermijn, dan is hij van rechtswege in verzuim en vanaf het verstrijken van de betalingstermijn, zonder voorafgaande sommatie of ingebrekestelling, de wettelijke (handels)rente verschuldigd over het niet betaalde bedrag, tot het moment van volledige voldoening. De kosten van invordering worden conform het Besluit vergoeding voor buitengerechtelijke incassokosten bij de klant in rekening gebracht. Totdat volledige betaling is ontvangen, blijft Pepavana eigenaar van de bestelde producten.

Artikel 10. Opzegging

Overeenkomsten met geregelde levering van producten en/of diensten, die zijn aangegaan voor ten minste 6 maanden of voor onbepaalde tijd, kunnen door iedere partij worden opgezegd met inachtneming van een naar omstandigheden redelijke opzegtermijn, zonder dat dit tot enige schadeplichtigheid leidt ten opzichte van de andere partij.

Artikel 11. Privacy

Pepavana zorgt voor een veilige e-mail- en webomgeving. De persoonsgegevens van klanten zijn uitsluitend toegankelijk voor Pepavana en worden nooit aan derden verstrekt. Alleen in geval betaling voor een bestelling uitblijft of bij valsheid in geschrifte zal Pepavana persoonsgegeven van de klant aan de bevoegde instanties door te geven.

Artikel 12. Garantie

Pepavana staat ervoor in dat bestelde producten en diensten voldoen aan de koopovereenkomst en de redelijke eisen van deugdelijkheid, veiligheid en/of bruikbaarheid bij normaal gebruik.
Mocht onverhoopt toch sprake zijn van gebrek dan dient de klant dit binnen een bekwame tijd schriftelijk en duidelijk omschreven aan Pepavana kenbaar te maken en het product te retourneren. Latere klachten worden niet in behandeling genomen en leiden tot verval van ieder recht op herstel, vervanging of restitutie. De kosten voor retourzending komen voor rekening van de klant.
Iedere vorm van garantie komt te vervallen als het gebrek is ontstaan als gevolg van onoordeelkundig of oneigenlijk gebruik door de klant.
Klachten worden binnen 14 dagen beantwoord.
Staat vast dat het gekochte gebrekkig is en heeft de klant Pepavana hiervan tijdig op de hoogte gesteld dan zal Pepavana naar keuze het aankoopbedrag, vermeerderd met de verzendkosten voor het retour zenden, restitueren of het artikel kosteloos nogmaals toezenden of het defect repareren.

Artikel 13. Aansprakelijkheid

De aansprakelijkheid van Pepavana is beperkt tot restitutie van de koopsom, vervanging van het betreffende product of herstel van het gebrek.
Het bestaan van aansprakelijkheid voor een gebrek schort de betalingsverplichting van de klant niet op. De klant blijft ook gehouden tot afname en betaling van de overigens bestelde zaken.
Beperking van de aansprakelijkheid geldt niet in geval de opzet en/of grove schuld.

Artikel 14. Geschillen en toepasselijk recht

Op de koop en deze algemene voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing.
De rechtbank in de vestigingsplaats van de consument is bevoegd kennis te nemen van geschillen tussen partijen. Indien de wederpartij geen consument is, is de rechtbank in de vestigingsplaats van de Coöperatie bij uitsluiting bevoegd.

Slotbepaling

Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn gedeponeerd bij de Kamer van Koophandel onder nummer 24222466.

Pepavana’s General Sales Conditions

Article 1. Definitions

Pepavana: the one-man business Pepavana, having its registered office and place of business in Rotterdam, and listed in the Chamber of Commerce trade register under number 24442466.

Website: the website www.pepavana.com,which shows Pepavana’s range of products and services, and through which customers can order Pepavana’s products and services.

Customer: any natural or legal person who, in exchange for payment, buys and receives products or services from Pepavana.

Consumer: any natural person who is not acting in a professional capacity.

Product: the products in Pepavana’s product range.

Services: the services Pepavana supplies.

Purchase/Purchase agreement: the purchase ageement that comes into effect between Pepavana and the customer through Pepavana’s acceptance of an order of a product or a service placed by the customer through the website or via e-mail.

Article 2: Applicability

These general terms and conditions shall apply to all oral and written offers, orders and purchase agreements between the customer and Pepavana.
By placing an order through the website or via e-mail, the customer explicitly accepts these terms and conditions. Deviation from these general terms and conditions is only possible with Pepavana’s written approval, with the other provisions of these conditions remaining in full force.
The website offers the customer the opportunity, before placing an order, to read the general terms and conditions and to store them on his or her computer. Foreign customers are offered the opportunity to get themselves acquainted with the English version of these general terms and conditions.
In case of orders via e-mail, these general terms and conditions will be sent to the customer before the purchase or assignment comes about. When placing the order the customer agrees to the contents and applicability of these general terms and conditions.
An order through the website can only be placed if the customer explicitly agrees to the contents of these general terms and conditions by checking the ‘agreed’ box on the website, prior to placing the order.
Pepavana shall at all times have the right to modify these general terms and conditions, as well as the contents of its website.

Article 3. Orders of tailor-made products and services

At the request of the customer, Pepavana can supply tailor-made products or services. On its website or via e-mail, Pepavana shall inform the customer about the characteristics of the product or service in question, among which its price, product description or contents if it concerns a service, an indication of the delivery period, and any additional costs and special conditions.
If Pepavana is requested to provide a service of which the extent, duration and or content cannot be fully specified beforehand, parties shall only agree upon the essential pre-conditions and the fee (fixed and-or hourly) to be charged, evaluate the progression of the order during the process, and, depending on the circumstances, adjust the order if needed. Adjustments shall at all times be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
The purchase agreement for tailor-made products or services goes into effect after Pepavana has confirmed the customer’s order in writing.
There is no reflection period for tailor-made products and services. Tailor-made products cannot be exchanged. However, the guarantee scheme of article 12 does apply in full.
Any additional work and/or additional costs resulting from modifications to the order shall be borne by the customer.

Article 4. Products and services on the website

Products and services shown on the website shall include their price, product description or, in case of services, their content, an indication of the delivery period, and any possible special conditions. Photos displayed shall show products in a truthful fashion. Descriptions are detailed to such an extent that the customer can properly assess the products and services on offer, and knows what his/her rights and obligations are when placing an order.
No rights may be derived from obvious errors or typographical errors with regard to the products or services or the information on the website.
Special offers are only valid during the term stipulated on the website.
No rights can be derived from special offers when it comes to subsequent orders.

Article 5.Orders placed through the website

Products and services can be placed in the shopping cart on the website without obligation.
An order is placed by explicitly agreeing to the products placed in the digital shopping cart.
Products on the website are offered without obligation and subject to availability, until the order is accepted.
As soon as possible after placement of the order, the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address provided by him or her.
The purchase agreement goes into effect after Pepavena’s confirmation of the order.
Pepavana may reject the order or subject it to special conditions, if Pepavena has become aware of circumstances providing sufficient reason to fear that the customer will not, not punctually, or not properly fullfill his or her obligations under the purchase agreement.

Article 6. Cancellations

As long as an order has not been confirmed, it can be canceled by the customer free of charge. The purchase amount will be refunded to the customer within 14 days after the cancellation.
Services taking place at pre-determined times, such as courses and workshops, may be canceled by the customer free of charge until 28 dags before commencement. Cancellation between 28 and 7 days before commencement is possible upon payment of 50% of the price. Cancellation within 7 days before commencement is only possible upon payment of the full price. Any refund of the excess purchase amount paid will take place within 14 days after cancellation.

Article 7. Delivery and delivery period

A delivery period stated on the website or in an e-mail does not constitute a strict deadline, but rather a reasonable estimate. Pepavana shall notify the customer in a timely manner if the delivery period deviates considerably from the indication provided.
If the product or service ordered turns out not to be available after 60 days, then the customer may terminate the purchase agreement while being entitled to any damages, unless a longer delivery period was agreed upon at the time the order was placed.
The supply of products takes place by delivery at the adress specified by the customer during placement of the order. The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address.
The risk of damage and/or loss and/or any decrease in the value of the products ordered lies with Pepavana until the moment the products are offered as a delivery at the delivery address provided by the customer. Pepavana is not responsible for the loss of any ordered products if the order was delivered at an address where multiple persons could accept the package.
The customer shall see to it that the order can be accepted in good order when it is offered as a delivery for the first time. Pepavana is not responsible for any unnecessary risks resulting from the customer being unable to accept the order the first time it is offered as a delivery. In case of a return of the order on account of it not having been possible to deliver it or it not having been picked up at in a timely fashion at the pick-up point determined by the person making the delivery, the delivery costs shall be borne by the customer.

Article 8. Reflection period/Right of withdrawal

Solely when purchasing products and services that are not tailor-made for the customer is the consumer granted a 14-day reflection period, which includes the day the order is received, and during which he or she may fully or partly withdraw from the purchase contract, without stating reasons for doing so.
If the consumer wishes to use his or her right to revoke the purchase, then the customer can do so by using the withdrawal form intendended for that purpose and enclosed with the delivery, or by sending an e-mail to info@pepavana.com. In the event of withdrawal, Pepavana shall send confirmation of the withdrawal to the customer.
Within 14 days of withdrawal, the consumer shall send revoked products undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging back to Pepavana. Instructions regarding returns can be found on the withdrawal form. The consumer bears the costs and the risks of returning the products. Unstamped returns will be rejected.
Within 14 days of receiving the return in unused and undamaged condition, Pepavana shall refund the purchase amount including delivery charges, applying the cheapest rate, to the consumer. If an order consists of multiple products that are not all returned, then solely the purchase amount of the returned products will be refunded, without the delivery charges.
If a returned product has been damaged, with the risk for damage lying with the consumer or the costs for the damage being borne by the consumer, then Pepavana will deduct the decrease in value resulting from this damage from the amount to be refunded. Pepavana shall inform the customer of this in writing.
In the event of services commencing within 14 days, but taking longer to complete than the duration of the reflection period, the consumer shall explicitly agree to the service commencing before the end of the reflection period at the moment of ordering. Should the consumer make use of the reflection period in such an event, then he or she shall be charged a fee proportionate to that part of the service that has already been delivered.

Article 9. Payment terms

All prices stated on the website and in e-mails are in Euros and include VAT.
Charges for delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium depend on the weight and size of the products ordered, and are in accordance with Post NL’s delivery rates. Charges for delivery outside the Netherlands and Belgium are € 20,- per order within the European Union and € 40,- per order for the rest of the world.
Delivery charges are stated seperately on the invoice.
If the execution of a service takes longer than one month, Pepavana may issue invoices periodically.
Pepavana shall provide a secure payment environment on its website for advance payment of her products and services. For this purpose, Pepavana accepts iDeal, Paypal, and credit card payments. Orders will be processed after payment has been approved. The invoice will be sent to the customer via e-mail.
Payment can also be made by bank transfer. The payment details are stated in the e-mail containing the invoice the customer receives as a confirmation of the order placed. The customer is obliged to pay the amount due within 14 days of receiving the delivery and in the way indicated on the invoice. The order will be processed after receipt of payment.
Pepavana may ask consumers for an advance payment of a maximum of 50% of the total price of the order. The remaining 50% must be received by Pepavana within 14 days of delivery.
If the customer does not pay (in full) within the payment period, he or she shall be in default and shall owe, from expiry of the payment period, without prior sommation or notice of default, the statutory (commercial) interest on the outstanding amount, until such time as payment has been made in full. The collection costs shall be borne by the customer, in accordance with the Dutch Decree on Extrajudicial Collection Costs (Besluit vergoeding voor buitengerechtelijke incassokosten). Until it has received full payment, Pepavana remains the owner of the products ordered.

Article 10. Termination

Agreements concerning regular delivery of products and/or services that have been entered into for at least 6 months or for an indefinite period of time may be terminated by all parties with due observance of a notice that is reasonable under the circumstances, without resulting in any liability for compensation to the other party.

Article 11. Privacy

Pepavana provides a safe e-mail and web environment. Customers’ personal details can only be accessed by Pepavana and shall never be provided to third parties. Solely if payment for an order is not made or an act of forgery has been established shall Pepavana have the right to provide the customer’s personal details to the competent authorities.

Article 12. Guarantee

Pepavana guarantees that the products and services ordered meet the provisions of the purchase agreement and the reasonable requirements of soundness, safety and/or usability if used normally.
Should nevertheless any fault be established, then, in a timely manner, the customer must inform Pepavana thereof in sufficient detail in writing and return the product. Belated complaints shall not be dealt with and shall result in the lapse of any right to repair, replacement or reimbursement. The costs of returning the product shall be borne by the customer.
All forms of guarantee will be rendered void if the fault is the result of injudicious or improper use by the customer.
Complaints will be dealt with within 14 days of receipt.
If it is established that the purchase is faulty, and if the customer has informed Pepavana hereof in a timely manner, then Pepavana shall refund the purchase amount plus the costs of returning the purchase, send the customer a replacement of the article free of charge, or repair the defect.

Article 13. Liability

Pepavana’s liability is limited to reimbursement of the purchase amount, replacement of the product in question, or repair of the defect.
The aforementioned liability for faults does not suspend the customer’s obligation to pay. In addition, the customer continues to be bound to accept and pay for any other products or services ordered.
The aforementioned limitation of liability does not apply in the event of intent and/or gross negligence.

Article 14. Disputes and applicable law

All purchases as well as these general terms and conditions shall be governed by Dutch law.
The court in the town where the consumer lives shall have jurisdiction in disputes between parties. If the other party is not a consumer, then the court in the town where the other party is located shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

These general terms and conditions have been filed with the Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under number 24442466.
